Area Cat Super Psyched for ‘Mad Men’ Premiere

Sir Cosmo the Cat is what you might call a “super fan” of the hit ’60s-era drama Mad Men.

When he’s not re-watching seasons 1 through 4 on Netflix, he’s cruising the AMC forums or working on his fan fiction novel, tentatively titled “Pete Campbell’s Revenge.”

Now that season 5 is finally upon us, Sir Cosmo has taken great pains to create the perfect viewing atmosphere for tonight’s two-hour premiere.

The Nola Chamber of Commerce should put this video on their website. It’s wonderful.

As the dancers effortlessly swing, hop and sashay throughout New Orleans ­– from the abandoned Six Flags amusement park to Marigny balconies and a streetcar gliding down St. Charles Avenue – it’s impossible not to get completely swept up in the entire thing.
